The Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security attaches great importance to it, and entrusts intermediary agencies to re check the authenticity of the identity information of the trainees through social security inquiry and visit, and correct and supplement the phenomenon of wrong ID card number, change and incomplete information, and the enterprise human resource system has been upgraded and updated. It makes strict regulations on skills training from the application conditions, audit acceptance, training implementation, application for subsidies and other aspects, especially emphasizes the strict audit of the basic information of the subsidy objects, and effectively screen the authenticity of the personnel and units enjoying the subsidy policy In addition, the supervision and audit responsibility of training management is strengthened, and the responsibility of dereliction of duty is seriously pursued, so as to ensure the effective supervision of enterprise staff skill training subsidy funds.
